Hi, I’m Joel Foreman...

I bring 11 years of experience to the table as a certified personal trainer. Along the way, I’ve earned certifications in Group Fitness, Insanity, Spin, Nutritional Coaching, and Senior Fitness. I’m also certified in CPR and AED through the Red Cross.

My training style focuses heavily on proper form and technique whether I’m coaching a client through functional, HIIT, or weight training.

My goal is, and has always been, to help my clients create a well balanced lifestyle of physical, mental, and nutritional health. Physical fitness and nutritional health starts within the mind. As a personal trainer, I’m not only working with the physical body but also working to shift limiting beliefs.
